Real Estate Agent
Meet with prospective buyers and sellers to discuss their real estate needs and preferences.
Provide advice on property values, market conditions, and investment potential.
Help clients understand the home buying or selling process, legal aspects, and financing options.
Create and maintain property listings, ensuring they are detailed and accurate.
Utilize online platforms, social media, and traditional advertising methods to market properties effectively.
Arrange property showings and open houses for prospective buyers.
Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, handling negotiations on price, terms, and conditions.
Prepare contracts and legal documents related to the sale, purchase, or rental of properties.
Guide clients through the offer and counteroffer process.
Oversee the entire buying or selling process, from initial contact to closing.
Coordinate with inspectors, appraisers, lenders, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth transaction.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of proven Experience as a real estate agent in Dubai.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, neighborhoods, and property values.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated to achieving sales goals.
Flexible schedule, fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
