THE ROLE
You’ll manage the full lifecycle of ready property transactions — from lead generation and client counselling through to negotiation, contract review, and closing. You’ll handle both sales and leasing across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
✅ WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Source and convert leads for buying, selling, and leasing ready properties
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgage options
- Conduct comparative market analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies
- Prepare and present detailed property listings with full specifications
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
- Present and negotiate purchase/lease offers between parties
- Review and verify purchase contracts to ensure all terms are met
- Maintain an active pipeline using our CRM and market tools
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- UAE resident with a minimum 2 years of proven Dubai secondary market experience
- Valid UAE driving license (essential for this role)
- RERA-certified or actively pursuing certification
- Excellent communicator — English required; Arabic or Hindi is a strong advantage
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and professionally presented
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Honest, transparent, and client-first in every interaction
