Quantity Serveyor (MEP/interior) Jobs in Doha at Qatar Master W.L.L
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Qatar.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in Qatar/GCC.
- Strong experience in pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying.
- Expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, cost control, and variation claims.
- Sound knowledge of FIDIC contracts and project commercial management.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or MEP projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all quantity surveying and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
- Evaluate bids and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Review and certify subcontractor payment applications.
- Provide commercial advice to project management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures.
