Salary: AED 3,000/month + Commission
Job Description: Noor Seddiqi Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be experienced in the UAE real estate market, well-versed in English, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing them with expert advice and market insights.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Generate leads through personal networks and manage company-provided leads effectively.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and finalize deals with professionalism and accuracy.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, property laws, and regulations in the UAE real estate market.
Manage documentation, including agreements and other required paperwork, in compliance with RERA guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Dubai, UAE.
RERA certification is optional but preferred.
Must hold a valid UAE light vehicle driving license and have a car.
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Highly motivated, well-organized, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
Visa and Medical Insurance is provided
Monthly allowance: AED 1,500 to 3,000.
Competitive commission structure:
50% commission for company-provided leads.
60% commission for deals closed through personal contacts.
