Important: Prior Dubai real estate sales experience is mandatory. Applications without relevant Dubai experience will not be considered.Key Responsibilities
- Convert company-generated leads into successful property sales.
- Advise clients on Dubai’s real estate market and investment opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Conduct property presentations, viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience while consistently achieving sales targets.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s property market, communities, projects, and investment opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 6–12 months of Dubai real estate sales experience – mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong client-handling and closing skills.
- Passion for real estate and building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
