Future Homes Real Estate LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Advisor to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing professional advice and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on available residential and commercial properties.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct property viewings and explain property features, prices, and payment options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, communities, and property values.
- Promote and market property listings through approved platforms and social media.
- Coordinate with landlords, buyers, sellers, developers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, viewings, and transactions.
- Ensure all activities comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
- Achieve individual sales and rental targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai/UAE real estate is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Training for secondary and offlan will be provided
