About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Radiographer to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, accurate image acquisition, and compliance with radiation protection standards. You will work closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and other modalities where qualified.
- Prepare and position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Operate imaging equipment safely and in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Apply radiation protection principles and maintain patient safety at all times.
- Review image quality before submission for interpretation.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance issues.
- Follow infection control, quality, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
- Eligibility for professional licensing with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Previous hospital or diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of radiation safety, anatomy, and medical imaging techniques.
- Proficiency in digital radiography and hospital information systems.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call duties.
