Role Summary
We are seeking a senior Sales Leader with 12+ years of experience to drive enterprise and international sales for our SaaS / IT software solutions. This role requires strong expertise in managing high-value deals, leading sales teams, and building global client relationships, particularly within Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Revenue Ownership
- Define and drive long-term sales strategy and revenue growth
- Own P&L, annual targets, and business expansion plans
- Identify and penetrate new global markets and key accounts
2. Enterprise & Global Sales
- Lead large, complex enterprise deal cycles (multi-million dollar deals)
- Drive international business development across regions
- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders across client organizations
3. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and scale a high-performing sales organization
- Mentor senior sales managers and build leadership bench strength
- Drive performance culture with strong governance and accountability
4. Industry Focus (Oil & Gas / Industrial)
- Leverage domain expertise to drive consultative selling
- Position solutions around digitalization, optimization, analytics, and transformation
- Build strong connects within Oil & Gas / Chemical / EPC ecosystem
5. Key Account & Partnership Management
- Develop and nurture strategic client relationships globally
- Drive account expansion, renewals, and long-term partnerships
- Build alliances with partners, system integrators, and technology providers
6. Sales Governance & Operations
- Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Track deal health, risks, and conversion metrics
- Implement best practices in enterprise sales processes
