We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Chocolate Production Wrapper to join our packaging team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our chocolate products are wrapped, labeled, and packaged with precision and care. This role requires a focus on maintaining product quality, adhering to packaging standards, and contributing to the overall production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Wrap and package chocolate products according to company standards and specifications.
Inspect chocolates for quality, ensuring they meet safety and aesthetic guidelines.
Label packages with the correct product information, including ingredients, expiry dates, and batch numbers.
Operate packaging machinery and equipment, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, especially in relation to food safety.
Collaborate with the quality control team to address any issues with product appearance, packaging, or labeling.
Handle chocolates carefully to avoid damage or contamination.
Assist with inventory management by ensuring packaging materials are adequately stocked and available for production.
Report any defects, malfunctions, or packaging errors to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in food packaging or production is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Basic math skills for labeling and packaging quantities.
Willingness to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
