Sales Analyst – Networking / Cybersecurity

A global leader in network performance monitoring and cybersecurity visibility is looking for a Sales Analyst to support its enterprise sales team.
This role sits at the centre of the sales organisation, helping drive deal progression, providing analytical support across the sales cycle, and ensuring the sales team has the insights and operational support needed to win business.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting Account Managers throughout the full sales cycle
- Creating and managing quotes, opportunities and deal strategy support
- Assisting with pricing analysis and commercial deal structuring
- Coordinating internal deal reviews with Legal, Finance, Operations and Channel teams
- Providing product configuration and quotation support
- Identifying upgrade and cross-sell opportunities through account analysis
- Supporting purchase order processing and sales order booking
- Maintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM reporting
- Helping improve sales processes, reporting and CRM data quality
What we're looking for
- 3–5+ years’ experience in sales operations, sales support or sales analysis
- Experience in enterprise technology, networking or cybersecurity environments
- Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex deals and internal stakeholders
