MESCO Marine is a leading Ship Chandling & Marine Supply company serving vessels across UAE ports.
We are looking for an experienced Quotation & Purchasing Executive to prepare quotations, source suppliers, issue Purchase Orders (LPOs), and follow up with suppliers until successful onboard delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations based on vessel RFQs.
Source and compare quotations from local and international suppliers.
Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery schedules.
Issue Purchase Orders (LPO/PO).
Follow up with suppliers until goods are delivered.
Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse to ensure timely vessel supply.
Handle urgent vessel requirements.
Maintain supplier records and purchasing documentation.
