We are looking for an experienced Quotation & Purchasing Executive to prepare quotations, source suppliers, issue Purchase Orders (LPOs), and follow up with suppliers until successful onboard delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare quotations based on vessel RFQs.
• Source and compare quotations from local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue Purchase Orders (LPO/PO).
• Follow up with suppliers until goods are delivered.
• Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse to ensure timely vessel supply.
• Handle urgent vessel requirements.
• Maintain supplier records and purchasing documentation.
