About the Role
Westford Education Group, through its institutions and business verticals including Exeed College, Airtics Education, and Acacia University, is seeking a proactive and skilled Academic Advisor to guide prospective and current students through their educational journey. The ideal candidate will provide accurate program information, support the admissions process, and help students make informed decisions to achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to student inquiries via calls, emails, and chat platforms.
- Advise students on program options, course selection, and admission requirements.
- Manage the admissions process, ensuring smooth conversion from leads to enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up with prospective students regularly.
- Plan and implement strategies to improve admissions performance and achieve enrollment targets.
- Collaborate closely with academic, admissions, and support teams to enhance the student experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic advising, student recruitment, education admissions, or EdTech sales.
- Proven track record of achieving enrollment or admissions targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, internet tools, and CRM systems.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
