Quantity Surveyor (Tender / Pre-Contracts) Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Pure Water Technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project budgets.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Develop tender documentation and manage the tendering process.
- Send RFQ (Request for Quotations) as per the BOQ to approved vendors.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare tender analysis reports.
- Support procurement and contract administration activities.
- Monitor project costs against budgets during design development.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Provide value engineering and cost optimization solutions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-contract QS activities.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and tendering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, or QS software tools.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in infrastructure or WTP/WWTP projects.
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
