MEP Quantity Surveyor Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Codes Construction LLC
Must have minimum 2 years Experience in Abu Dhabi as MEP QS.
Currently available in UAE and able to join immediately.
Job Role :
- Preparing accurate quantity take‑offs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Handling variation claims, change orders, and contractual correspondence.
- Preparing interim payment applications and verifying subcontractor payments
- Managing pre‑contract and post‑contract commercial activities.
- Evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations and preparing comparison sheets.
Skills Needed
- Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting systems.
- Ability to interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and IFC documents.
- Familiarity with local authority standards (ADDC/TAQA, Civil Defense)
- Knowledge of UAE market rates, suppliers, and labor costs
Software Skills
- MS Excel
- AutoCAD for drawing review and measurement.
- Plan Swift, Bluebeam for digital take‑offs.

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
