We are looking for a Commercial Specialist who will be responsible for driving commercial activities and strategies to optimize sales performance. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, analyze market data, and develop plans to increase revenue. Your role will also include maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial activities with overall business goals.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favourable terms.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements and Skills:
Fluency in English is mandatory, Russian, Arabic and or European Languages is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a commercial or sales role and has market knowledge.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Work experience in similar position.
