Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Administrator to drive our business growth by generating and nurturing high-quality leads. This role is crucial in helping our sales team identify potential clients and maintain a robust pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, a strong customer service mindset, and a thorough understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Management:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads using multiple channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to reach potential clients and optimize the lead conversion rate.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and prospects and update information as required.

Sales Pipeline Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales.
  • Provide support throughout the pre-sales and till-sales process, coordinating and monitoring the lead’s journey from the first contact to the final sale.
  • Maintain clear records of lead status and provide regular updates to the sales team on potential opportunities.

Customer Service & Relationship Building:

  • Engage with potential customers, ensuring a positive experience and answering any initial queries.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and position our products and services as a solution.
  • Follow up with prospects to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market & Competitor Research:

  • Conduct research to understand target markets, industry trends, and competitors’ offerings to inform lead generation strategies.
  • Analyze data to identify and recommend adjustments to the lead generation process.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in sales and logistics (minimum 6 months).
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools is a plus.
