We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Commercial | Dubai, UAE
Build Mode Industries is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Commercial to join our team in Dubai.
If you have a strong background in commercial management, cost control, and quantity surveying within the interior fit-out and joinery industry, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare BOQs, cost plans, and project budgets.
-Manage project costs from tender award through final account settlement.
-Prepare valuations, payment applications, variations, and claims.
-Review and negotiate subcontractor quotations and contracts.
-Monitor project costs, cash flow, and commercial performance.
-Conduct quantity take-offs and verify measurements from drawings and site.
-Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure commercial success.
-Prepare cost reports and support value engineering initiatives.
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with commercial responsibilities, preferably in the UAE.
-Experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects is essential.
-Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, cost control, and final accounts.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software.
-Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
