Job Description:
We are seeking a fluent Arabic-speaking Pediatrician to provide outpatient pediatric consultations and care to our patients. This is a revenue-sharing opportunity, ideal for a doctor looking for flexibility and growth potential alongside a supportive clinic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pediatric consultations and physical examinations; diagnose and manage common childhood illnesses and conditions; monitor infant and child growth, development, and immunization schedules; counsel parents on child health, nutrition, and preventive care; maintain accurate patient records in line with clinic protocols; coordinate referrals to specialists when required.
Requirements:
Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Pediatrician (or eligibility to obtain one); Specialization in Pediatrics; fluency in Arabic and English is essential; minimum 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred; genuine interest in working with children and families.
Compensation:
Attractive revenue-sharing model — details to be discussed at interview.
Schedule:
Flexible/negotiable, to be agreed with candidate.
