Required Male Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with minimum 4-5 years UAE Experience in Interior Decoration or Fit out company.
Job Responsibilities:
ESTIMATING: –
Your role will include:
· Receiving tender documentation and preparing subcontract and supplier enquiry documents.
· Preparing tender / estimates ready for adjudication with the directors, including any taking off as necessary, to create a comprehensive priced document, on time for submission.
· Liaison with client team to complete any value engineering that may be necessary to progress the project to site.
Participating in online tenders.
SURVEYING: –
Your role will include:
· Prepare monthly project valuations and source certification, and attending monthly project site meetings.
· Re-measurement and pricing of variations
·Monthly preparation of internal cost value comparison (CVCs) on each project for comment by directors
Preferably holding UAE Valid Driving License
Languages known: English & Hindi
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (attested document mandatory)
Previous Employer: Experience Certificate (if available) or reference contact number.
Salary: AED7, 000.00 to AED 8, 000.00 /month + Medical Insurance + Visa
Annual Leave (after completion of 01 year from the date of joining– 30 days leave)
Air ticket (every 02 years to Home Country)
Probation period: 06 months
Joining period: Immediate or max One Month
