Quantity Surveyor Jobs in Dubai at Falcon Group Middle East
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and maintaining financial control from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare BOQs
- Monitor project costs and track variations
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts
- Conduct site visits to assess work progress and valuations
- Prepare interim valuations, cost reports, and final accounts
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying
- 3–7 years of UAE experience in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and procurement
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera is a plus)
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
