We are looking for a Quality surveyor
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality surveying or quality control within the UAE construction industry. Experience in managing quality assurance processes and understanding UAE construction laws is essential.
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
Ability to conduct thorough inspections and identify deviations from quality standards.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
Proficient in quality management software and tools used in the construction industry.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
Good understanding of construction processes, specifications, and procedures.
