Job Description:
? Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, tender evaluations, and project cost reports for infrastructure and civil projects.
? Manage variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
? Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures to support effective cost control and financial performance.
? Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure accurate quantity measurement and cost forecasting.
