Quality Officer – Financial Technology / Secure Solutions

We are working with a leading international technology organisation that provides secure solutions to financial institutions and government bodies. The company is expanding its regional operations and is seeking a Quality Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of quality management processes.

This role will play a key part in ensuring operational processes meet regulatory standards, internal quality frameworks, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures across operational processes.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and evaluations to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor operational workflows to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, policies, procedures, and reporting related to quality management.
  • Analyse operational and inspection data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve process efficiency and quality performance.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to staff on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects related to operational quality.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and operational leadership to ensure delivery against quality objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a Quality Officer / Quality Assurance / Compliance-related role.
  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures, compliance frameworks, and regulatory standards.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a structured, analytical, and results-driven approach.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, including statistical analysis where applicable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Arabic language is essential
  • KSA National highly preferred to meet government quotas.
