We are working with a leading international technology organisation that provides secure solutions to financial institutions and government bodies. The company is expanding its regional operations and is seeking a Quality Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of quality management processes.
This role will play a key part in ensuring operational processes meet regulatory standards, internal quality frameworks, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures across operational processes.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and evaluations to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor operational workflows to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, policies, procedures, and reporting related to quality management.
- Analyse operational and inspection data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve process efficiency and quality performance.
- Provide guidance and feedback to staff on quality procedures and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects related to operational quality.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and operational leadership to ensure delivery against quality objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a Quality Officer / Quality Assurance / Compliance-related role.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures, compliance frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Highly detail-oriented with a structured, analytical, and results-driven approach.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, including statistical analysis where applicable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Arabic language is essential
- KSA National highly preferred to meet government quotas.
