Quality Officer Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Beverly Hills Specialist Hospital
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and safety Officer to join our hospital team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards, support regulatory processes, and enhance patient care services through continuous quality improvement initiatives.
o Overall Management of Quality Structure, implementation and outcome monitoring in the facility.
o Responsible for the preparation, and revision of policies and procedures in compliance to regulatory standards. All department Policy preparation in coordination with the department in charge/representative as per the latest DOH standards
o Facilitate Quality compliance in the center as per DOH, TASNEEF, ADHICS, OSHAD standards. Initialized, implemented, and on clinical departments required for complying with DOH.
o Coordinate with the clinical and non-clinical departments for the Data collection and validation for the JAWDA indicators, review the reports, and submit them online within the stipulated time frame from the quality department.
o Conduct awareness sessions for employees in data preparation for JAWDA indicators Reporting the analysis data to the QPS team
o Prepared policies and SOP’s in compliance to the OSHAD.
o Conduct internal audits and inspections and facilitate the annual external Audits and Health Sector audits and inspections.
o Facilitate and perform incident investigations.
o Perform facility risk assessment to evaluate the occupational health and safety risks and hazards.
o Develop objectives and monitor the performance of objectives and compliance with OSHMS requirements.
o Support and monitor the implementation of the Hospital OSHMS programs as per OSHAD SF Version and Health Sector EHSMS requirements and standards.
o Report to OSHMS/IC Committee on the progress of OSHMS implementation, Performance, monitoring, audits and inspection results, incidents, and any Legal changes regarding OSHMS.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in medical field
Education: Graduate or post graduate
