Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, or any related field
* Has proven more than 2 years of experience as a Healthcare Quality Officer
*Preferably has Abu Dhabi (DOH, JCIA, TASNEEF, JAWDA, OSHMS), UAE experience as Healthcare Quality
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement methodologies, including data analysis and reporting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and inspire others to achieve quality improvement goals
* Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
* Proven track record of designing and implementing successful quality improvement initiatives
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
