About the role

Accurate Middle East is a Dubai-based market research and strategy consultancy supporting corporates, investors, and government organizations across the GCC.

As our presence in Saudi Arabia continues to grow, we are looking for a Part-Time Business Development & Client Engagement Coordinator to become our local point of contact for prospective clients in the Kingdom.

This is a relationship-focused role requiring professionalism, strong communication skills, and sound commercial judgment. You will represent Accurate Middle East in initial conversations with prospective clients, understand their business needs, qualify opportunities, coordinate meetings with our consulting team, and help build long-term relationships in the Saudi market.

This is a flexible part-time position with significant opportunity to grow alongside the business.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective Saudi clients.
  • Handle inbound enquiries and conduct introductory discovery calls.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and identify the consulting support they require.
  • Explain Accurate Middle East’s services professionally and confidently.
  • Qualify opportunities before introducing them to the consulting team.
  • Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and senior consultants.
  • Follow up with prospective clients after meetings and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and meeting notes.
  • Support Arabic-English communication where required.
  • Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and introductions within Saudi Arabia.
  • Represent Accurate Middle East professionally during networking events or client meetings when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker based in Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with senior corporate decision-makers.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and reliable.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, client engagement, consulting, marketing, professional services, or account management.
  • Existing professional network in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
  • Experience working with B2B clients or corporate decision-makers.
