Safety Monitoring & Compliance
Enforce adherence to all HSE policies, procedures, and regulations at the project/site level.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify unsafe acts, conditions, or practices.
Ensure all personnel on-site follow PPE requirements and safe working practices.
Verify that subcontractors comply with company and legal HSE requirements.
✅ Incident Management
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain records of safety incidents and monitor the implementation of action plans.
✅ Training & Awareness
Conduct safety induction programs for new workers and visitors.
Deliver toolbox talks, safety drills, and HSE awareness sessions regularly.
Promote and enforce the company’s “Zero Harm” philosophy.
✅ Documentation & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date HSE records, including inspections, incidents, permits, and training.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports for management and client review.
Assist in preparing and maintaining HSE plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
✅ Emergency Preparedness
Ensure emergency response plans are in place and regularly tested.
Conduct emergency drills (fire, medical, evacuation) in coordination with site management.
✅ Environmental Compliance
Monitor environmental aspects like waste management, pollution control, and hazardous material handling.
Ensure compliance with environmental laws and promote sustainable practices on-site.
