Outdoor Sales Executive
We are looking for motivated and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to join our growing team in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new home and business service connections for DU Telecom
- Identify and approach potential customers through outdoor sales activities
- Present and explain products clearly to customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions (calls, visits, emails)
- Quality leads and manages the full sales cycle, including face-to-face meetings
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of outdoor sales experience is required.
- Experience in telecom sales is preferred, especially with DU or Etisalat channel partners.
- The Candidates with experience in insurance sales, banking sales, or real estate sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently in a field sales environment.
Employment Details (As per UAE Labour Law):
- Employment contract in accordance with UAE Labour.
- Working hours: As per UAE law (typically 8 hours/day or 48 hours/week)
- Weekly day off as per company policy and UAE law
- Annual leave entitlement as per UAE law
- End-of-service benefits as per UAE law
- Medical insurance provided as per UAE regulations
- Company to provide visa and work permit.
Salary & Benefits:
- AED 2,500 – AED 5,000 ((based on experience) + attractive commission structure
