Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the automotive workshop, including detailing, , body shop, painting, and mechanical services.
Supervise technicians, detailers, painters, and mechanics to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Ensure strict quality control and final inspection of all vehicles before delivery.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely service and quality work.
Coordinate job scheduling and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
Handle customer inquiries, service updates, and complaints professionally.
Monitor workshop performance, productivity, and service standards.
Manage inventory , detailing chemicals, paint supplies, and spare parts.
Requirements
experience in car detailing and PPF operations.
Strong knowledge of detailing, PPF installation, automotive painting, body shop repairs, and mechanical services.
Experience managing automotive workshop teams.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple vehicles and service jobs simultaneously.
