Quality Helper – Tapes Division / ResinsJob Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Quality Helper to support the Quality Control team in the Tapes Division / Resins manufacturing area. The role will assist with sampling, inspection, testing support, documentation, material segregation, and maintaining quality standards across production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Quality Technicians and QC Inspectors with daily quality-control activities.
- Collect and prepare raw material, in-process, and finished-product samples as instructed.
- Assist with basic inspection and testing activities.
- Support visual inspection of tapes, resins, packaging, and finished products.
- Assist in checking product identification, labels, batch numbers, and quantities.
- Maintain proper sample identification and traceability.
- Support the segregation and identification of accepted, rejected, and non-conforming materials.
- Assist with maintaining QC records, inspection sheets, and test reports.
- Ensure samples are properly stored and transferred to the laboratory or designated area.
- Assist with basic laboratory housekeeping and cleaning of testing areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Quality and production areas.
- Follow instructions from Quality Technicians, QC Inspectors, and Quality Supervisors.
- Report any quality abnormalities, damaged materials, or deviations to the responsible Quality team member.
- Follow all company quality, HSE, PPE, housekeeping, and safety procedures.
- Support other Quality and production-related activities as assigned.
Requirements
- High School / Secondary School qualification preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in a factory, manufacturing, quality, warehouse, or production environment.
- Previous experience in tapes, adhesives, resins, chemicals, polymers, or similar manufacturing is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of quality inspection and manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and quality procedures.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Manufacturing / factory experience.
- Exposure to Quality Control or inspection activities.
- Experience handling samples or production materials.
- Chemical, resin, adhesive, tape, or polymer manufacturing exposure is an advantage.
- Willing to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: AED1,200.00 – AED1,400.00 per month
