QC inspecor (Coating and welding) Jobs in Doha at Ritz Serve Trading & Maintenance
Welding Inspection
- Monitor fabrication, welding processes, and structural/piping installations to ensure compliance with approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
- Conduct visual inspections of welds before, during, and after welding.
- Verify welder qualifications, track continuity logs, and ensure proper storage/handling of welding consumables.
- Coordinate and interpret Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities (RT, UT, MT, PT) and review film/reports.
Coating & Painting Inspection
- Inspect surface preparation (blasting profile, salt contamination, cleanliness) prior to coating application.
- Monitor environmental conditions (humidity, dew point, substrate temperature) to ensure optimal application windows.
- Inspect wet film thickness (WFT), dry film thickness (DFT), and conduct holiday detection tests.
- Ensure all coating materials used are within their shelf-life and mixed/applied per manufacturer data sheets.
Quality Documentation & Compliance
- Generate detailed inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and daily progress logs.
- Clear punch-list items and compile final QA/QC dossiers for client handover.
- Liaise with client representatives and third-party inspectors to facilitate smooth walkthroughs and approvals.
Pay: QAR4,500.00 – QAR8,000.00 per month

- QC: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Nace or Bgas and cswip (Required)
