We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Engineer specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout all stages of MEP project execution, contributing to the successful delivery of cutting-edge construction projects.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for MEP works to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
– Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP installations to identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
– Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to enforce quality standards and resolve quality issues promptly.
– Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure quality requirements are maintained.
– Prepare detailed quality reports, documentation, and audit records in compliance with company and client standards.
– Coordinate and lead quality meetings and provide technical support to the construction team on quality matters.
– Ensure that all MEP works comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
– Assist in training and mentoring junior QC personnel to foster a quality-conscious culture.
