Job Summary: The QA/QC & HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management System. This role provides guidance to the organization and supports the QA process from pre-qualification through project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans
- Execute inspection processes for materials, concrete testing, and structural integrity
- Review and approve project-specific quality plans, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and method statements
- Supervise QC inspectors and ensure proper inspection, testing, and documentation
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies regarding quality compliance
- Oversee and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental systems and policies
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in QA/QC and HSE management in construction/manufacturing
- Professional certifications (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA)
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi building codes and international standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience:
- QAQC/HSE management in Prefab construction/manufacturing: 10 years (Required)
