Responsibilities:
- Supervise the feeding, watering, and vaccination schedules across multiple GP Farms, ensuring that livestock receive optimal care to promote healthy growth and productivity.
- Coordinate daily operations between six GP Farms, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure consistency and efficiency in farm management practices.
- Oversee egg collection processes in layer operations, ensuring proper handling and storage to maintain egg quality and safety standards.
- Implement candling procedures to assess egg quality, identifying any defects and ensuring only the best products are stored for distribution.
- Monitor and analyze growth performance metrics, using data-driven insights to adjust feeding and management strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Train and mentor farm workers on best practices for animal husbandry and farm operations, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections of farm facilities and equipment, ensuring that all tools are functioning correctly and that the environment is conducive to livestock health.
- Maintain accurate records of livestock health, production metrics, and operational activities to support compliance and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving farm productivity and sustainability, contributing to the overall success of the Hail Project.
