A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with potential and existing customers via phone. The role involves engaging with prospects, promoting our services, understanding customer needs, and effectively arranging sales meetings for our Business Development Team.
Outbound Sales Calls:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients or leads to promote and sell products or services.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets or quotas.
Focus on generating revenue and expanding the customer base.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Qualify leads to ensure they are worth pursuing for conversion.
Product/Service Promotion:
Provide clear, concise, and compelling our service information to potential clients.
Explain features, benefits, and pricing to guide purchasing decisions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, or issues efficiently and professionally.
Sales Closing:
Use persuasive communication skills to close sales and secure commitments from customers.
Provide customers with all necessary information to make informed decisions.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and outcomes using CRM systems.
Log customer information, sales conversations, and follow-up actions.
Follow-Up:
Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage additional sales.
Revisit clients with offers, discounts, or product updates to maximize business.
Reporting:
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration with Team:
Work closely with other sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies.
Participate in team meetings to share best practices, insights, and updates.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in Tele Sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills with a clear and friendly tone.
Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchasing decisions.
Customer-Centric: Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Organization: Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized records.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet sales targets.
Problem Solving: Ability to resolve customer issues and offer solutions quickly.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Working Conditions:
