We are seeking for customer-focused Reservation & Operation Executive. The ideal candidate will handle reservations and operational activities for tourism services. You will be managing Transportation/Operation and maintaining communication with clients, Agents, and sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer reservation records in the company’s database.
Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues related to bookings and transportation in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to provide clients details accordingly.
Assist in preparing daily reports on reservation operation, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat to convert leads into sales.
Provide accurate information about tour packages, itineraries, and pricing.
Assist clients with bookings, reservations, and payment processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to meet customer needs.
Track and update sales records in Company data base.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Reservation or Operation Executive in the travel and tourism industry.
Proficiency in reservation & operational tasks .
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of United Arab Emirates Tourism.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to work across different time zones when necessary.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
