Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in fit-out or facility management projects and the ability to manage site activities efficiently while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress, productivity, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of UAE experience in civil works, preferably in fit-out or facility management projects.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple site tasks efficiently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
