As a Booking Agent , you will be responsible for assisting customers with car rental inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth rental experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, and your excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach will be key to providing a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with their rental inquiries, providing information on vehicle options, rates, and rental terms.
Process reservations, confirm vehicle availability, and manage pick-up and return schedules.
Verify customer documents (e.g., driver’s license, passport) and explain rental policies, terms, and conditions.
Promote additional services such as insurance, GPS, and vehicle upgrades to enhance the customer experience.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, bookings, and reports.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely vehicle availability and coordination.
Ensure that all rental processes are efficient and aligned with company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Hospitality, etc.).
A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the UAE, preferably in customer service or the car rental industry.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a high volume of customer inquiries.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of the car rental industry and local driving regulations is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
