Rons Facilities Management, a well-established organization seeking an experienced and highly motivated FM Operations Manager with a strong background in a Facilities Management Company who can join immediately.
To ensure success as FM Operations Manager, you should possess the list of responsibilities and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of facilities management operations.
Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the facilities department, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and space planning.
Manage and allocate resources efficiently to achieve operational goals while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Evaluate and select external vendors and contractors for facility-related services and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to facilities management and implement improvements as needed.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Coordinate and oversee facility projects, renovations, and expansions from inception to completion.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations, expenses, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) with a Facilities Management Company, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role, managing Facilities management operations teams.
Strong understanding of facility operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM) is a plus.
UAE Driving License is a must.
Preference would be given to those who are on Cancelled / Visit Visa.
