Purchase Assistant Jobs in Sharjah at Italian Sponge Manufacturing LLC

Our leading group of companies in UAE is currently looking for a Purchase Coordinator/Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Collecting and clarifying the orders from outlets, central warehouse and central kitchen
Placing an order from outlets, central warehouse, and head office (per each department)
Following up on all the pending delivery, short delivery, and returned items.
Ensuing the samples and taking quotations
Sourcing alternative suppliers and items and dealing to lower the price
Taking inquiries for new items, new orders etc..
Set up a meeting from purchasing managers to suppliers and follow up the agenda
Following up on all pending payments to accounts and communicating with suppliers
Checking the invoices before giving to accounts and communicating with suppliers if there’s any problem from the invoices
Complying with the significant emails and trail up if needed

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in the relevant field.
Previous retail experience is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
