Job Title:

Job Purpose:
To lead the company’s business development efforts in the targeted market and strengthen relationships with key government entities (especially the Ministry of Hajj, Ministry of Interior, and Ministry of Health), ensuring the company’s strategic goals are achieved in the consulting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the client base and identify new opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with relevant government ministries and agencies (such as the Ministry of Hajj, Ministry of Interior, and Ministry of Health).
Represent the company at official meetings, government events, seminars, and relevant conferences.
Manage government tenders and ensure compliance with requirements in coordination with internal teams.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project alignment with government regulations and standards.
Prepare and review proposals, presentations, and government contracts in coordination with consulting and sales teams.
Analyze the market landscape, opportunities, and challenges in the government sector and provide recommendations to senior management.
Monitor and evaluate government projects to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and standards.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of proven experience in business development, with a track record of working with key government ministries such as the Ministry of Hajj, Ministry of Interior, and Ministry of Health.
Strong knowledge of relevant government regulations and requirements in the consulting industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government entities.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute actionable plans aligned with company goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable
Skills:
️ Experience managing government projects, tenders, and proposals.
️ Extensive network of contacts within government ministries and agencies.
️ Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
