Job Title: Business Development Manager – Interior & Fit-Out

Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Manager with solid experience in the interior and fit-out sector. This role focuses on expanding the company’s presence in the UAE by securing new projects, strengthening client relationships, and driving consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Lead client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience within an interior or fit-out company
- Proven success in sales and business development roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
- Established network within the UAE market is a plus
- UAE Driving License preferred
