Psychologist Jobs in Sharjah at Future Inclusive Center
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team supporting children and adolescents with diverse developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, preparing reports, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with families and professionals to support student progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological, behavioral, and developmental assessments.
- Administer and interpret standardized assessment tools as required.
- Prepare comprehensive psychological evaluation reports.
- Develop individualized intervention and support plans.
- Provide counseling and behavioral support to students when appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with special educators, therapists, and parents.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidential records.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to parents and caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and organizational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (mandatory).
- Master’s Degree in Psychology (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a Psychologist.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, developmental disorders, ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, or behavioral challenges, is highly preferred.
- Strong assessment, report-writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

- Candidates holding their own visa or spouse visa will be given preference.
