Al Shamlan Holding, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and brand knowledge effectively.
- Ensure showroom displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities.
- Prepare basic sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
- Experience in watches, accessories, sunglasses, fashion retail, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Currently available in Qatar.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 – QAR5,000.00 per hour
