Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Property Leasing & Management Executive to support our company’s licensed activity under Property Management (Activity Code: 6820001). The candidate will be responsible for managing third-party properties, handling leasing operations, tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
The ideal candidate must hold a valid RERA Certification and have strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate leasing and property management market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leasing and day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties under management
- Handle tenant acquisition, screening, lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
- Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and service requests with contractors and owners
- Ensure compliance with DLD, RERA, and UAE real estate regulations
- Maintain accurate records of tenancy contracts, payments, and property documentation
- Liaise with property owners and provide regular reporting on occupancy and performance
- Resolve tenant and landlord issues in a professional and timely manner
- Support marketing and listing of available properties on property portals
- Coordinate Ejari registrations and renewals
Requirements
- Must hold a valid RERA Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dubai real estate market (leasing/property management preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws and RERA regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties
- Proficient in MS Office and property management systems (preferred)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 10,000 per month (depending on experience and profile)
- Commission structure may be applicable based on performance

A proactive and professional individual with strong market knowledge in Dubai real estate, capable of independently managing leasing portfolios and ensuring smooth property operations in compliance with RERA and DLD requirements.
