Premier Capital Real Estate is looking for experienced and ambitious Secondary Market Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will focus on buying and selling properties within Dubai’s secondary market. You will be responsible for developing your own client portfolio, securing quality listings, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generate and manage leads for secondary-market properties.
- Source and maintain high-quality property listings.
- Advise buyers and sellers based on current market conditions.
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors.
- Negotiate offers and close transactions professionally.
- Maintain accurate client and property information in the company CRM.
- Work closely with internal teams to market listings effectively.
- Achieve individual sales and listing targets.
- Stay updated on Dubai property trends, prices, regulations, and community developments.
