We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to identify potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, social media, and other online platforms.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified business opportunities.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements and interest level.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
- Build and maintain an accurate pipeline of prospects in the CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships.
- Maintain daily records of calls, emails, and lead status.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Stay updated on UAE business setup trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, telesales, customer service, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making 50–70 outbound calls and outreach activities daily.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in business setup, corporate services, banking, insurance, real estate, B2B sales, or consultancy is an advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other lead generation tools is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Generate 300+ new qualified leads every month.
- Book 25–30 qualified meetings per month.
- Maintain a minimum 90% CRM data accuracy.
- Achieve daily outreach targets through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain timely follow-ups with all assigned prospects.
