Property Consultant – Off-Plan & Secondary Market

About the Role
We are looking for ambitious, driven, and results-oriented Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients across both the Off-Plan and Secondary Property Markets, building strong client relationships, identifying investment opportunities, and managing the complete sales process from lead generation to closing.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, motivated by high earning potential, and looking to build a successful long-term career in Dubai real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, networking, and personal prospecting.
- Advise clients on Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties based on their requirements and investment objectives.
- Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of buyers, investors, landlords, and sellers.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and project briefings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.
- Stay up to date with Dubai’s property market, new launches, developments, prices, and market trends.
- Negotiate effectively to achieve successful transactions.
- Maintain accurate client information and activities within the CRM.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate or a target-driven sales environment is preferred.
- Experience in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and presentable personality.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly driven by results.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- Strong follow-up and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team.
