Job description:
We are looking for ambitious and self-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are entrepreneurial, target-oriented, and eager to maximize their earning potential in Dubai’s dynamic property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential off-plan properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Stay updated on market trends, property values and new developments in Dubai
- Negotiate deals between buyers to achieve the best outcomes
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in real estate or sales (Dubai market preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve high earnings
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
